While it’s great to have so many available resources to find a therapist, trying to find the right therapist for you can feel really overwhelming. And finding the right fit matters! We offer a free 15-minute consultation (over the phone) so you can get a sense of whether we’re a good match. During this time, we can talk about what you would like to get out of therapy, my approach, and whether my style resonates with you.

Individual Therapy

Our therapists are experienced in many evidence-based therapy modalities, including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic principles, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to name a few. We combine these and more experimental practices to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Our work is especially helpful for people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, lack of motivation, and life transition.

We have a special interest in providing therapy for women. That said, we believe firmly that therapy is for everyone. We are committed to providing respectful, sensitive, and compassionate services for all.

Together we’ll work to uncover and better understand life’s challenges and day-to-day stressors that detract from your life and focus, and begin identifying and practicing things that will make you stronger.
